Becoming a “Free Trade Port” shows a new level of China’s opening-up, it is also a special opportunity for the developing of Hainan Island. The government of Hainan has listed tourism, internet, medical treatment and health, finance and Exhibition to be its key industry. Specifically, the new policy of Tourism and Exhibition in Hainan is having a particularly positive influence in the industry: Visa-Free for 59 countries, Investment attraction in Hainan Free Trade Zone, the developing of new model of sports lottery, encouragement of developing beach sports, water sports and equestrian sport. The government is also putting special efforts to improve the international sports events holding in Hainan, and inviting more well-known sports events to Hainan.
We can imagine that the number of tourists will be growing, more international companies will entry this platform. As a result, the developing of tourism and exhibition industry will be even more important for the area. To support the developing of the industry, the public facilities will also be renewed. After all the changes and improvement, Hainan’s tourism and exhibition industry will arrvie to a new level.

Joanneis one of the most experienced international event organizers in Hainan. She has successfully helped Augo to hold many events not only in China but also in Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, Singapore, Dubai and other hot destinations for MICE. She has also hold lots of conferences and meetings for famous international companies like IDS Imaging and Marine Harvest in Hainan. She is good at providing professional service to international and domestic conference and exhibition, including visa & flight arrangement, conference location selection and suggestion, transportation & tour arrangement, VIP service,immigration policy & regulation suggestion. She has received lots of complimentsfrom both domestic and international clients since she entered the Miceindustry.
毕业于美国杨百翰大学夏威夷分校，就业以来一直在境外从事大型团体旅游，商业考察，影视剧及综艺拍摄的策划与执行方面的工作。
先后服务过的国内外知名企业包括：台湾雅虎，米其林轮胎，安利（中国），如新。除此之外，还有服务过的拍摄剧组，包括：浙江卫视“我们相爱吧”，杨幂，黄子韬“谈判官”等等。通过以上活动积累了丰富的旅游以及会议会展服务方面的经验。
Graduated from Brigham Young University Hawaii, have been engaged in event designing and operation of Mice group tourism,business (incentive) trip and Movie-TV filming programs, since graduation.
Soljen has provided services to well-known companies such as Taiwan Yahoo,Muchelin, Amway (China), Nu Skin (China) , etc. Besides, he alsoparticipated in filming programs as like “We are in Love” (ZheJiang TV),“Negotiator”(Yang Mi ,Huang Zitao), etc.
毕业于新西兰东部理工大学（EIT）工商管理学士，蓝山酒店管理学院（BMHS）酒店管理副学士，就业以来就一直在境外从事大型酒店管理，曾就业与：洲际酒店集团，喜达屋酒店集团，The Willims Group and Peppers Group；专攻客户定制化服务。
2018年加入奥广团队，担任海外事业部项目主任，参与了多个大型项目，其中包括：WESG2017世界电子竞技运动会全球总决赛，2018大成律师博鳌论坛。
